Where are your products made?

All of our products are proudly manufactured in the USA in an FDA-registered facility with the highest quality of globally sourced ingredients.

Are your products 3rd party tested?

All Vital Creek products are tested by a 3rd party laboratory for quality, purity, and correct dosage. Our products are manufactured in the USA in an FDA-registered facility, under strict quality control procedures and in compliance with cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice).

Do I need a prescription?

No, all Vital Creek products are dietary supplements which can be bought without a prescription.

Can your products be used with other supplements or medications?

Many customers take our products alongside other supplements. If you take prescription medications, are pregnant or nursing, or have a medical condition, check with your healthcare provider first.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Vital Creek products are guaranteed for two years from the date of production. The "best by" date is printed on the bottom of each bottle, and we only ship products with plenty of shelf life remaining.

I have difficulty swallowing capsules. What can I do?

If you prefer a different way to take your supplement, you can open the capsules and mix the powder into your favorite drink, such as a smoothie or juice. You can even stir it into soup or other foods. Many people who have difficulty swallowing capsules find this method works very well.

How should the bottles be stored?

Vital Creek products are made with only all-natural ingredients and contain no artificial preservatives. Please store your bottles in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat, and use opened bottles within three months.

Are your bottles BPA-free?

All of our bottles are made from PET and are BPA-free. PET is commonly used for food and supplement packaging and meets FDA food-contact requirements.

Can I use health insurance to buy Vital Creek products?

For now, we do not accept direct payments from insurance companies, but check with your provider to see if they offer reimbursements for vitamins and supplements.

Where is your business located?

We're a family-owned small business based on Florida's Space Coast, about 45 minutes south of Cape Canaveral. While our production partners and growing team collaborate from across the U.S., our roots - and our home base - remain right here in Central Florida.

How does the subscription work?

Our subscription service makes it easy to get your supplement regularly. Just choose how often you want it delivered, and we'll take care of the rest. Your shipments will arrive automatically at intervals of either 20, 40, or 60 days depending on your selected preference, ensuring you never run out.

We'll send you a notification each month a few days before your card is charged and ship your next supply. And remember, you have the flexibility to adjust the delivery schedule, expedite or postpone an order, or cancel your subscription at any time, all conveniently from your account.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all subscription orders and for all other purchases of $80 or more. For non-subscription orders below $80, there's a $5.90 shipping fee, which covers only a small portion of the actual shipping, packaging, and handling costs.

What if I'm not satisfied?
We truly want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you can return any unopened bottle within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Just let us know at hello@vitalcreek.com and our customer service will be happy to help.
Where are your products shipped from?

All our products are made in the USA and shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Florida.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Shop Pay.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. Because regulations for dietary supplements vary widely between countries, we're unfortunately unable to ship our U.S.-labeled products internationally.

How long do orders take to ship?

All orders placed before noon are shipped on the same day, while all other orders will ship within one business day.

For example, if your order is placed on a Friday at 10:00 am, it will be shipped the same day. If your order is placed on a Friday at 1:00 pm, your order will be shipped on Monday (unless it's a holiday).

How do I change my shipping address?

If your order hasn't been packed yet, we may still be able to update it. Just send us a message with:

- Your Order Number
- Your Correct Full Shipping Address (including apartment/unit number, if any)

Once we have your details, we'll do our best to update the shipping address before your order ships.

If your order has already been packed, we won't be able to change the address on our end. In that case, the quickest solution is to contact the shipping carrier directly to request a mail forwarding or hold for pickup.

Do you ship to AFO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we do ship to APO/FPO addresses. Just a heads-up: delivery may take a little longer than usual, but we'll make sure your order gets there.
