Meet Our Founder
I started Vital Creek after discovering that my blood pressure was higher than it should be – something I never expected. I was active, exercised regularly and ate (mostly) well.

So, I did what I always do: I dove into research. I wanted to understand what was happening and whether lifestyle changes and natural remedies could help.

What began as a personal journey eventually grew into something much bigger. Today, Vital Creek combines the best of nature and science to help people with everyday wellness goals.

When I'm not working on new formulations, you'll probably find me outdoors with our four kids – hiking, exploring, or road-tripping. And every now and then, I lace up for a marathon (or two).

Packaging is unavoidable, but its footprint can be greatly reduced. Our products come in lightweight, fully recyclable PET bottles to cut shipping weight and help keep waste out of landfills.

Our amber-colored bottles guard against sunlight to preserve potency and extend shelf life. We ship in paper-based materials only, entirely free of plastic and Styrofoam.
